Sihong Chen is a highly experienced molecular biologist currently serving as the Team Leader of Molecular Biology at Scindo since March 2025. Prior to this role, Sihong led the External Technical Engagement Group and worked as a Senior Scientist at Nuclera from January 2019 to February 2024. Sihong has held senior scientist positions at Horizon Discovery and Nuclera Nucleics, as well as research and line management roles at Discuva. Additional experience includes roles at Sygnature Discovery and Summit plc as a Senior Scientist, alongside academic positions at the University of Warwick and University College Dublin. Sihong obtained a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from University College Dublin and a BSc in Biochemistry from Shandong University.
