Isabel Faller currently serves as the Head of Operations at Scio Network, a position held since May 2025, focusing on operational efficiency and strategic alignment in international cooperation. Prior experience includes roles as Business Development Manager at Polycare and Workshop17, as well as Global Project and Social Impact Manager at SONNENGLAS. Isabel's earlier career involved content development and fundraising at Violence Prevention through Urban Upgrading NPC and coordination of social crime prevention initiatives at VPUU. Additionally, Isabel worked as a consultant at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on crime and violence prevention projects and completed an internship at GIZ supporting governance initiatives. Isabel holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts (HONS) in Development Studies from the University of Johannesburg, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies and Business Management. Education was initiated at Diesterweg Gymnasium, culminating in a matriculation certificate.
