Roberta Pellizzoli

Roberta Pellizzoli is a senior development and humanitarian professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in gender, agricultural, and rural development, as well as protection and social inclusion. Currently, Roberta leads the Mozambique programme at Helpcode, overseeing strategy, business development, and donor relations, while also serving as a Senior Consultant in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion with Scio Network. Past roles include gender consultant and expert positions in various organizations, as well as research fellowships focusing on women's empowerment and HIV/AIDS in Mozambique. Roberta holds a PhD in International Cooperation and Sustainable Development Policies from the Università di Bologna and has complemented their education with an executive course on leadership for social innovation at the University of Geneva.
