Yamila Solari

Yamila Solari's work experience includes being a Co-Founder and Coaching Leader at Scio Consulting since January 2019. In this role, they help teams build trust, improve communication, handle conflict, and solve problems creatively. Yamila also facilitates personal and professional growth within the team. Prior to this, Yamila was the Co-Founder and CFO of Scio Consulting from February 2003 to January 2019. As CFO, they were responsible for financial planning and record-keeping, as well as reporting to the CEO. Before joining Scio Consulting, Yamila worked as a Supply Chain Sr. Associate at The Quaker Oats Company from January 2001 to June 2001.

Yamila Solari completed their education at multiple institutions. Yamila first attended Arizona State University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Supply Chain Management from The University of Dallas from 2000 to 2002.

In 2018, Yamila enrolled at The University of British Columbia and completed a program to become a Certified Organizational Coach in 2019. Yamila also obtained additional certifications, including becoming a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in June 2019, and achieving the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coach Federation in January 2020.
