Kate McNulty

Kate McNulty is the Director of Business Development at American Network of Community Options and Resources and Scioto. Kate has extensive experience in sharing information about Scioto with providers of disability services across the United States. Previously, Kate served as a Branch Manager in the State of North Carolina, overseeing survey teams and establishing new teams. Kate holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from East Carolina University.
