Andy Kohm

Andy Kohm is the co-founder and CEO of SCIP, a supply chain intelligence platform that integrates, analyzes, and automates data from all sources to provide actionable insights from sourcing to sales. They co-founded VendOp and served as CEO, leading product management, project management, marketing and sales to launch the web app and enterprise SaaS products, and they secured $1.4 million in funding. From 2018 to 2020 they were Head Tech Systems / Product - Central Operations at KATERRA, and from 2020 to 2023 they held a Product and Program Management role at Juno. Earlier they served as Director, R&D at DFine, Inc. (2008-2013), leading cross-functional teams to develop the StabiliT Vertebral Augmentation System and STAR Tumor Ablation System and building the R&D department. They also were a Spine Scientist at Kyphon Inc. (2005-2007), preparing FDA and CE submissions for implantable devices, and they are pursuing a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at The Ohio State University, an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship at The Wharton School, a BS in Mechanical Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Postdoc at the University of California, Berkeley.
