Mark Heffernan

Mark Heffernan currently serves as Sales Manager at Scipio Technologies, following the company's rebranding from Peace Communications, where Mark has also held the position of Senior Account Executive since January 2023. With extensive experience in technology solutions sales, Mark previously worked at Avaya in various roles, including Named Account Manager for Tennessee and Territory Account Manager for MidMarket, covering multiple regions and markets. Mark began a career in sales and customer service with roles including server at The Palace Renaissance & Royale Assisted Living, campaign worker for Representative Ray Gonzalez, and event assistant at the Butler Basketball School. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida International University, obtained in 2009.
