Chen Shezer (Levy) is the Monetization & Economy Lead at SciPlay, where they optimize in-game economies and strategize to balance player satisfaction with revenue growth. With over two years in this role, they leverage data-driven insights to refine monetization features, enhancing player retention and lifetime value. Previously, Chen served as the Marketing & CRM Director at Yvel Jewelry, where they launched an e-commerce platform and implemented CRM systems. They have also held monetization positions at Jelly Button and Beach Bum, and they began their career as a Squad Commander in the Israel Defense Forces. Chen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from The College of Management Academic Studies, completing their degree in 2015.
