Mat Beecher

Mat Beecher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development, instructional design, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Talent and Development Partner at SciPlay since January 2023, Mat focuses on succession planning, leadership development, and learning management systems. Prior to this role, experience at CBT Nuggets involved talent recruitment and onboarding for IT instructors. Earlier positions include instructional design work at NuScale Power and CBE Companies, where responsibilities spanned app development, eLearning, and data analytics. Mat also has teaching experience at Creighton University and Oregon Community Credit Union. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in International Negotiation & Dispute Resolution from Creighton University School of Law, a TEFL Certificate from Peking University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Northern Iowa.
