Michael Morgan

Michael Morgan is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at SciPlay since July 2016. In this role, Michael centralizes tools and services used by global game teams and directs a team of five QA Analysts. Prior to this, Michael held various positions at SciPlay, including QA Manager and Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where responsibilities included managing QA teams, transitioning test plans to advanced tools, and influencing game design through collaboration. Michael's earlier career included customer service roles in the hospitality industry and leadership positions in student organizations and social services. Michael holds a BA in Communication Studies with an English minor from Southwestern University and furthered education at City Colleges of Chicago-Harry S Truman College.
