Natalie Morfitt

Natalie Morfitt has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Outsourcing and Procurement Operations and previously as the Manager of VIP Services at SciPlay since August 2015. In these roles, Natalie focuses on fostering interpersonal relationships with Social Casino customers, enhancing the VIP player base, and increasing revenue through exceptional service. Prior experience includes work at Ocwen Financial Corporation, where Natalie held multiple roles including Corporate Trainer and Team Leader, and responsibilities in training materials development and team management. Early career positions at Target and Papa Murphy's International provided foundational skills in guest services and employee management. Natalie holds a diploma from the University of Northern Iowa and attended Central College.
