Robert W. Gustafson

Robert W. Gustafson serves as our General Counsel. Mr. Gustafson has supported our business, as well as the online activities of Bally Gaming, Inc. and Shuffle Master, Inc., since 2012 as Deputy General Counsel – Social and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to 2012, Mr. Gustafson had a long career in the video game industry, beginning in early 2000 with Midway Games Inc., serving as Licensing counsel from 2000 – 2003, Senior Counsel from 2004 – 2006, and Director, Business Affairs from 2006 – 2009. Following his positions at Midway Games, Mr. Gustafson then joined Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment as Director, Business and Legal Affairs from 2009 until 2012. Before joining the video game industry, Mr. Gustafson served as an associate at Jenner and Block. Mr. Gustafson holds a JD from the John Marshall Law School and a B.S.M.E. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
