Jay Virani has extensive work experience in strategy, client experience, business development, account management, and marketing communications. Jay currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategy & Client Experience at Sciteline since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Sciteline from March 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Sciteline, Jay served as an Account Director at AXON Communications from June 2018 to March 2021, and as an Account Manager from August 2017 to May 2018. Jay also worked as a Consultant at NATIONAL Public Relations from April 2017 to July 2017, and as an Associate from August 2015 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, Jay held roles at Canada Health Infoway as a Marketing Communications Officer from January 2013 to April 2015, and as a Communications Coordinator from July 2012 to December 2012. Jay has additional experience as a Sales Representative at Telus Mobility, a Research Assistant at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, a Web Designer at GAEC Consulting Services Ltd., and in administrative support for immunization services at the Region of Peel.

Jay Virani completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Honours Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph, attending between 2003 and 2007. In 2011 and 2012, Jay pursued further education, completing a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications from Seneca Polytechnic. Additionally, between 2007 and 2008, Jay took a series of various courses through Continuing Education at York University.
