Benjamin Richards

Benjamin Richards has extensive work experience in the sales industry. Benjamin began their career at AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant, where they excelled in building rapport with customers and became the top performer in sales and customer service in their area. Benjamin received awards for month over month sales growth and quarterly top performer. Benjamin then took on the role of Sales Team Lead, where they created a positive environment for their team and led them to become top performers within six months. During their time as team lead, they were recognized as the "Most Impactful" team member. After moving to California to be closer to their family, Benjamin continued their sales career at Better as an Associate Home Advisor, and then at Guideline as a Sales Development Representative. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Sales Manager at Scivera.
