Malcolm Youngren

Malcolm Youngren is an accomplished leader in the field of education and technology, currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific College of Health and Science since November 2020, after previously holding the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, Malcolm is a member of the Board of Directors at SCOIR, Inc. and has extensive experience in operational management, having served as Operating Partner at Quad Partners LLC and Campus Director and Chief Operating Officer at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine-New York. Prior roles include Vice President of Technology at Laureate Education Inc., Director General de Posgrado at Universidad del Valle de México, and Executive Director at Educational Testing Service, among others. Malcolm holds advanced degrees from Harvard University, Northwestern University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
