Scontrino-Powell was founded in 1975 to bring Industrial/Organizational psychology (I/O) to the world of work. We work with individuals, teams, or entire companies to improve organizational performance. The result is cost-effective consulting and clients that are geared for success.

We are committed to achieving five goals in each of our consulting engagements:

1. Meet all of our client’s expectations.
2. Provide customer-focused and cost-effective consulting services
in our areas of expertise.
3. Develop client skills that allow orderly project transitions from
the consultant to the client.
4. Maintain a reputation for excellence in customer service.
5. Create and maintain relationships with clients based upon mutual
respect, fairness, trust, and integrity.

Peter Scontrino founded the firm and and Jevon Powell is the owner and president. Dr. Scontrino has a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Dr. Powell holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Both are psychologists that have over 60 years of combined experience helping people and organizations.
