Vicente Fortea

Vicente Fortea is a seasoned professional in the gastronomy and hospitality industry, currently serving as Co-Founder Partner at Scoolinary since July 2020 and at P&G HUB since January 2013, where responsibilities include managing food and beverage projects in hotel settings. Previously, Vicente held the position of Executive Chef at PASSION AND GASTRONOMY and a consultancy role at a gastronomic consulting firm, both in 2012-2013, specializing in catering and personalized event services.
