Andrew Rand, MBA, is an experienced multilingual financial services professional currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Compliance at Scope Ratings. With a robust background in relationship management, compliance, risk, and regulatory change management, Andrew has held key positions at notable firms such as BNY Mellon, Fitch Ratings, and Deutsche Bank AG. Previously, as the Head of Regulatory Compliance - EU at Fitch Ratings, Andrew managed regulatory inquiries and led a multicultural team. Andrew also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Russian Language from Oberlin College and holds an MBA in International Finance from Kent State University.
