Florian Stapf

Florian Stapf is the Head of Business Development for Corporate, Financial Institutions, and Public Finance at Scope Group, where they continue to lead strategic initiatives. They previously served as a Civil Servant in the Banking Supervision department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Austria, where they contributed to drafting the Austrian Building Society Act. Florian has extensive experience in business development, having held the position of Business Development Director for the Central & Nordic Region at S&P Global and also serving as Head of Trade Finance APAC at WestLB. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in International Business from WU Vienna University of Economics and Business and a Civil Servant Certificate in Public Administration from Verwaltungsakademie des Bundes.
