Luke Beals

Luke comes to Scope Infotech with more than 25 years of experience leading security and technology programs in private and public sector organizations. He most recently served as the CISO at Client Network Services where he established their Cybersecurity and Emergency Response program. He also served as the Chief Technology Officer for the State of Washington Health Care Authority where he oversaw technology and security services for multiple state-wide healthcare programs.
