Andrew Sweeney

Andrew Sweeney is the Co-Founder and CTO of Scope3. Andrew has previously served as the CTO and Co-Founder of Waybridge, SVP of Engineering at Xandr, and VP of Engineering at AppNexus. Andrew's experience also includes stints as a Computer Scientist at Sandia National Laboratories and an Intern at both the Naval Research Laboratory and System Planning Corporation.

Andrew Sweeney has a Masters in Computer Science from The George Washington University as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same school.
