Brian Foos

Brian Foos is the Founder and Managing Partner at Virgo Strategic, where they advise founders and boards through significant transitions, focusing on operational transformations, M&A, and fundraising. Previously, they served as the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at AppNexus and held various impactful roles at GE Capital, including their Finance Leadership Program. Brian has extensive transaction experience across equity and debt financings, IPOs, and M&A. They currently support the Executive MBA program at Yale School of Management as a teaching assistant while pursuing an Executive MBA. Additionally, Brian is involved as a fractional CFO at Stellar Health and an investor and interim CFO at Scope3.
