Chrissy Robinson

Chrissy Robinson (MAHRI) is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership and people management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of People Business Partnering at Scope (Aust) since August 2023, Chrissy has previously held key roles at Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand as People Partnering Manager and People & Capability Manager, overseeing high-quality strategic advice and project management within the People and Culture sector. Additional experience includes leading the People & Culture functions at Save the Children Australia and working as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Goodstart Early Learning. Chrissy's career began at GlaxoSmithKline, where multiple HR roles were undertaken to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Chrissy holds a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Monash University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from RMIT University, complemented by formal training and accreditations in the field.
