Erin H.

Erin H. has extensive work experience in workforce planning, people analytics, and HR management. They currently hold the position of Head of Workforce Planning and People Analytics at Scope (Aust), where they started in July 2023. Prior to this, Erin worked at PwC Australia as a Director from July 2022 to August 2023, and as a Senior Manager from November 2018 to July 2022. Erin also has a long history with the Australian Taxation Office, where they held various roles such as Workforce Planning Manager, Project Lead - Workforce Analytics, and Acting Director - Workforce Analytics. They were with the Australian Taxation Office from 2009 to the present, demonstrating their expertise in the field. Erin has expertise in developing and implementing data-driven workforce planning solutions, interpreting and applying public sector and best practice frameworks, leading teams, and building stakeholder relationships. They also have experience in HR management, including workforce strategy and design, HR business partnering, and recruitment and selection. Erin started their career at the Australian Taxation Office in 2002, first as a Debt Collection Officer and later as an Executive Assistant.

Erin H. obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Erin received a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from UNSW, although the specific dates are not provided.
