Gary Brinkworth

Gary Brinkworth comes to Scope with a wealth of experience as a Chief Executive Officer and Company Director and a passion for service. He strongly believes in Scope’s values and mission and is committed to driving continuous improvement to support Scope’s sustainable growth.

Extremely passionate about strategic innovation, Gary is an energetic leader who builds organizational capabilities with a strong focus on customers. He has successfully delivered outstanding business results, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

As the previous Chief Operating Officer and GM Global Human Resources at Incitec Pivot Limited, Gary successfully rebuilt the business culture and reputation. He delivered long-term agreements with key customers by developing relevant customer strategies, engaging key stakeholders, and asserting industry leadership.

Gary also implemented a comprehensive corporate review, resulting in the adoption of a new governance model and strategy for a traditional member-based organization while working as CEO and Managing Director at Barrister’s Chambers Limited.

Gary holds a degree in Economics and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
