Gary Sinclair

Gary Sinclair is an experienced manager currently serving as the Senior Manager of Contract Services at Scope Australia, where they manage social enterprises aimed at creating viable roles for individuals from the disability sector. They previously held various leadership positions, including Manager of the Bridge Project and YMCA ReBuild at YMCA Victoria, where they supported disadvantaged youth through skills development initiatives. Gary has also served as a National Human Resources Manager at Central Parking Systems and General Manager at Irish Building Chemicals, demonstrating expertise in negotiation, operations management, and contract management. They hold a Graduate Diploma in Employment Relations from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and History from UNSW.
