Michael Mitchard

Michael Mitchard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in application management and training development. Currently serving as the Business Application Manager at Scope (Aust) since September 2019, Michael has effectively managed app portfolio processes for over 3000 users. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Applications Support Specialist at Australian Unity from January 2018 to April 2019, where responsibilities included vendor management and user support to enhance application performance.
