Sally Beard

Sally Beard is a Workplace Relations Specialist with extensive experience in employee relations management. They have held key positions at several organizations, including the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood, where they served as National Employee Relations Manager, and at Fonterra Co-operative Group, where they managed employee relations for over 8,800 employees. Sally's career also includes roles at Cleanaway Waste Management Limited and O-I, as well as consulting positions that provided strategic employee relations advice. Currently, Sally is the Senior Workplace Relations Lead at Scope (Aust) and continues to leverage their expertise in the field. They earned a Bachelor of Social Science and a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) from The University of Waikato.
