Sam Spencer

Sam Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Sam most recently worked at Scope (Aust) as the Learning & Engagement Systems Lead since May 2020. Previously, they held various roles at companies like Bupa, The Australian Red Cross Blood Service, Accenture, Telstra, Queensland Rail National, Nickel West, and the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing. Some of their notable responsibilities included managing learning and development programs, leading change management initiatives, and implementing new development methodologies. Sam has also been involved in activities such as defining and delivering engagement activities, supporting capability development, and designing and delivering learning strategies.

Sam Spencer has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Management from Monash University, which was obtained in the year 2000. Prior to that, Sam attended St. Leonards College from 1990 to 1996, without receiving a specific degree or field of study. In terms of additional certifications, Sam has completed a course called "Digital Delivery with Agile" at RMIT University, and also completed a course called "A Beginner's Guide to Irrational Behavior" on Coursera in the year 2014.
