Ben Hershman

Ben Hershman has significant experience in corporate law, having served as Associate General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at Scopely from November 2020 to September 2022, following roles as Corporate Counsel and Associate Corporate Counsel at Bird from May 2019 to November 2020. Prior to that, Ben worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from May 2014 to May 2019, and gained early legal experience as a Legal and Business Affairs Intern at HBO from May 2013 to May 2014. Ben holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
