Carole Riault has extensive experience in player care and customer experience within the gaming industry. Currently serving as VP of Player Care at Scopely, Carole has previously held positions such as Consultant at Misfits Services and Player Experience Lead at Supercell. Additionally, Carole is a member of the Games Europe CX Guild and has worked as an Account Manager and Localization Manager at Digital Chocolate, Inc. Carole holds a Master's degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Nantes, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
