Chris Blackstone is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Lead Cloud FinOps Engineer at Scopely. Previously, Chris held various roles at Ciena, including Manager of Cloud Adoption & Development and Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer, where they focused on cloud enablement and platform engineering. Chris began their career after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they also worked in multiple internships, including project management at Pond & Company and IT support at the Georgia Tech Research Institute.
