Justin Schaefer

Justin Schaefer currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Co-CEO at Scopely since 2024. Prior to this role, Justin worked in business development, strategy, and ventures at Three Six Zero from 2023 to 2024. In 2022, Justin held an MBA internship focused on strategy and investments at Dapper Labs and completed another MBA internship in corporate strategy at Comcast that same year. From 2019 to 2021, Justin co-founded and led business development and strategy at Revery Media, a venture-backed creative studio. Justin's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Development at The Fyzz Facility, managing independent film financing, and working in production and development at June Pictures. Justin began a career in the entertainment industry as a management trainee with Management 360 in 2015. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Critical Studies from the University of Southern California.
