Katie Beers

Katie Beers, PMP, DASM, is a dynamic employee benefits leader with a decade of experience in managing global employee benefits programs and strategic total rewards projects for technology organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Global Benefits at Scopely, they lead a team that designs and administers a range of benefits for 3,000 employees across 15 countries. Previously, Katie held various roles at Intel, including Senior Program Manager for Global Employee Benefits, delivering operational excellence and managing global benefits for over 54,000 employees. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University and completed a Summer Spanish Business Program at the University of Salamanca.
