Kristin Ellsworth

Kristin Ellsworth currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Corporate at Scopely, a position held since March 2021, following roles as Vice President and Associate General Counsel, and Associate General Counsel within the same company. Prior to Scopely, Kristin was an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from February 2015 to March 2021, providing legal advice in corporate and securities matters. Kristin began the legal career as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from September 2012 to January 2015. Kristin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.), cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Wheaton College.
