Ruizhen Shen

Ruizhen (Gladys) Shen is a Senior Producer at Scopely, having transitioned from their role as Art Outsourcing Manager at Riot Games from 2022 to 2024. At Riot Games, they built an art pipeline for Teamfight Tactics and led a team of 20 artists, generating significant revenue with a reduction in production costs. Prior to that, they served as Project Manager at Keywords Studios and as Art Project Manager at IGG, where they improved project efficiency and resource management. Ruizhen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University, graduated in 2015.
