Sean Cervera is a dedicated leader in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) at Niantic and Scopely, recognized as one of Untapped and Ongig's Top 100 DEIB Leaders. Currently, Sean serves as the Global Head of DEIB at Niantic and is part of the Alumni Association Board of Directors at the University of Redlands. With extensive experience in various organizations, including roles at Facebook, Curology, and SpaceX, Sean has focused on talent strategy, people programs, and cultivating inclusive environments. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands and has pursued further education in People, Talent, Diversity, and Culture at Stanford University.
