Shanti Blees

Shanti Blees is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as Creative Director at Scopely since November 2025, Shanti leads creative efforts on a new multiplatform project. Prior to this role, Shanti co-founded Fantastic Pixel Castle and held the position of Vice President of Creative from June 2023 to November 2025, overseeing the flagship AAA MMORPG, Project Ghost. Shanti's tenure at Riot Games from 2012 to June 2023 included several key roles, such as Director of Content for MMO R&D, where contributions were essential in developing the MMORPG project, and Director of IP Production & Creative, enhancing the League of Legends IP through various creative products. Early career experience at Ibis Editing Service as an Editor and Creative Consultant involved working on autobiographical and corporate content, with editor credits on internationally published books. Shanti holds a BA in English (Creative Writing) from the University of Puget Sound.
