Sharon Fisher

Sharon Fisher is a seasoned professional in trust and safety within the gaming industry, currently serving as Trust and Safety lead at Scopely since August 2025 and a Steering Committee Member for the Gaming Safety Coalition since March 2024. With previous experience as Global Head of Trust & Safety at Keywords Studios, Sharon has a proven track record of enhancing moderation teams and supporting player safety. As a Women in Games Ambassador, Sharon advocates for mental health globally. Prior experiences include founding Real Game Consulting, leading business development at Two Hat, and quality assurance roles at The Walt Disney Studios. Sharon holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Intercontinental and additional studies in Hospitality Administration from Universidad La Salle, A.C.
