Yllka Berisha

Yllka Berisha has been working in the Human Resources field since 2012. Yllka began their career as a Logistic Officer at the University of Prishtina in 2012 and then took an Internship at the Central Bank of Kosova in 2011. In 2012, they also began working as a Sales and Marketing employee at Unixitech Solutions. In 2013, they became a Human Resources and Documentation Specialist at Quipu GmbH and then a Project Coordinator at Kosova Young Lawyers - KYL. In 2019, they became a Human Resources Lead at Scopic Software, where they primarily supervise onboarding and offboarding processes, performance management and seniority determination, active review and probation, and assists in policy and regulations drafting. Yllka is also in charge of Training & Talent Development, working on finding relevant training courses and helping resources define their Career Paths within the company.

Yllka Berisha completed an Executive Master of Business Administration - MBA from The University of Sheffield in 2021, with a focus on Human Resources Management. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) from South East European University (SEEU) in 2013, with a focus on Business Informatics Department - CST Faculty.
