Gene Dan

Gene Dan, FCAS, MAAA, CSPA, is an accomplished actuary with extensive experience in pricing and modeling, currently serving as AVP, Pricing and Modeling Actuary at SCOR since October 2019. Gene's previous roles include Consulting Actuary at Milliman, where leadership was demonstrated in migrating index evaluations and automating security selection processes. Prior experience encompasses senior actuarial positions at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, Argo Group International Holdings, and Tokio Marine HCC, where Gene developed predictive models and optimized rating algorithms. Gene began an actuarial career as an Assistant Actuarial Analyst at AIG, focusing on stochastic modeling and capital modeling. Gene holds a B.S. in Mathematics and dual B.A. degrees in Economics Honors and Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
