Michael Rapoport

Michael Rapoport is an experienced IT Performance & Observability Manager at SCOR, with a focus on providing comprehensive support for application management since June 2013. Rapoport possesses strong expertise in application performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, ELK stack, Instana, Dynatrace, and DataDog, alongside skills in full stack monitoring that include end-to-end service visibility, dependency mapping, and root cause analysis. Prior to SCOR, Rapoport held various positions, including Production Operations Architect at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, Production Engineer in Commodities at BNP Paribas CIB, UNIX Production Engineer at Crédit Agricole CIB, and Integration and Test Engineer at Generali. The professional journey began at Orange, where Rapoport worked in UNIX Production Engineering from 2001 to 2006.
