Nicolas Mathieu

Nicolas Mathieu serves as Chief Legal Counsel for P&C Americas at SCOR since May 2018, leading the legal team and providing expert legal support to P&C Americas Hub entities in the U.S. Previously, Nicolas held significant roles at SCOR, including Group Head of Legal Corporate Finance and M&A, overseeing legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, and financial operations. Prior experience includes serving as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and holding various positions within corporate legal departments at L'Oreal Group and other law firms. Nicolas's educational background encompasses multiple degrees in law, including an LL.M. from Fordham University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Paris-Sud University.
