Vincent Bourrelly

Vincent Bourrelly serves as the Group Head of Corporate Affairs at SCOR since August 2021, overseeing governance, securities law, corporate law, and M&A activities for the group. Prior to this role, Vincent held the position of European Counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from January 2015 to August 2021 and worked as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from January 2009 to December 2014, with experience in both Paris and London. Vincent began a career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as an intern in 2008. Educational credentials include an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a Master 2 in Business Law from Paris-Sud University, complemented by a scientific preparatory course at IPESUP and a baccalaureate in Scientific Mathematics from St Jean de Passy.
