Fred Weber

Fred Weber is an experienced professional with a strong background in entrepreneurship and mentorship. Currently serving as an Angel Investor at Delaware Crossing Investment Group since March 2024, Fred invests in early-stage companies in the mid-Atlantic region. As a Small Business Mentor for SCORE Mentors since January 2019, Fred supports small businesses through education and guidance. Previously, Fred founded and served as CEO of Weber Scientific from 1979 until retirement in July 2018, overseeing the manufacturing and distribution of laboratory diagnostic tests and supplies while focusing on marketing and product development. Fred holds a degree from Penn State University.
