Greg Cross

Greg Cross has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Greg started their career at Faulkner Hospital in 1982 as a Personnel Representative and later worked as an HR Manager at Pollak from 1985 to 2000. In 2000, they became the Director of Human Resources at Iggy's Bread before transitioning to Stoneridge in 2001. At Stoneridge, Greg held various roles, including Benefits Manager and Director of Human Resources. Greg oversaw all aspects of HR, including benefits management, employee relations, and wage and salary programs. In 2010, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, where they managed HR operations for the Americas region and served as a key member of the management team. Greg currently volunteers as an HR Subject Matter Expert at SCORE Mentors.

Greg Cross received their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Fitchburg State University, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Greg then pursued further education at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration degree between the years 1985 and 1989.
