Michael Kirsch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting within the social science research and evaluation sector. Currently serving as a Volunteer Mentor for the SCORE Washington DC Chapter since October 2021, Kirsch provides business consulting and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs. Previously, Kirsch held significant leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the American Institutes for Research, and Senior Vice President at IMPAQ International, LLC. With a strong foundation in organizational psychology, evidenced by a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Arts from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Arts from The George Washington University, Kirsch has also been recognized with the Gold Award for Outstanding Performance in 2023 and 2024.
