Ronald Smith

Ronald Smith is a seasoned educator and business advisor with extensive experience in academia and small business mentoring. Currently serving as a Boots To Business Counselor/Instructor at Mississippi State University since August 2017 and an Adjunct Professor at both the University of Maryland University College and Saint Leo University since 2013 and 2012, respectively. Ronald has also mentored small businesses through SCORE Association since May 2012 and held positions as a Senior Business Advisor at EIBO and Central Texas College. Previous leadership roles include Vice President and General Manager at CRGT, Inc. and CIBER, where responsibilities included overseeing operations focused on federal clients. Ronald's military background includes a distinguished career in the U.S. Army as a CW3 with expertise in data processing and network installations. Ronald holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and has advanced degrees in Computer Science and Management Information Systems.
