Tom Sims

Tom Sims possesses extensive experience in mentorship, pastoral leadership, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Certified Mentor and Subject Matter Expert at SCORE Mentors since November 2020, Tom is also a Pastor at The Fellowship of Joy, a role held since April 1996. As the Owner and Coach of Workshops to Go and Executive Director and Pastor at 4141 Ministries, Tom focuses on personal development, small business, and community leadership. Additionally, Tom holds directorial and instructional positions at Mid Valley School of Theology and the ADVANCE program of Gateway Seminary, contributing to theological education since 1986. Engagements with Toastmasters International, Fashion Faire Pastors' Cluster, and The Dream Factory as a blogger reflect Tom's commitment to public speaking and community support. Previous experience includes management at CompuServe from 1992 to 2018. Tom's educational background includes a Master of Divinity in Theology from Gateway Seminary and degrees in Religion and Philosophy from Bluefield College.
