Josh Krakowsky

Head of Customer Success at ScorePlay

Joshua Krakowsky is an experienced professional in the sports industry, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for North America at ScorePlay since September 2021, after holding the position of Growth Manager in the U.S. at the same company. Previously, Joshua worked at Downtown United Soccer Club, progressing from Events and Marketing Associate to Communications and Digital Media Manager from August 2018 to August 2021. At Beast Mode Soccer, from May 2018 to January 2019, Joshua acted as a Tactical Analyst and Video Editor, focusing on analyzing players' performance and producing educational content. Joshua also contributed to CBS Sports as a Game Logger in late 2017. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from the Preston Robert Tisch Institute for Global Sport, earned between 2016 and 2019, and attended Emerson College from 2015 to 2016.
